Snowflake Summit has become one of the most popular technology conferences for data professionals from around the world, and it seems to only get bigger each year. In fact, Snowflake Summit 2024 contains so many interesting keynotes, breakout sessions, and hands-on labs—465 of them this year, across 12 tracks and over four days—that it can be overwhelming to decide which sessions to attend.
That’s why we put together this recommended itinerary of what we believe are the top sessions and events to check out during each jam-packed day of Snowflake Summit, which will be held this year at Moscone Center in San Francisco, June 3–6. If you’re a data engineer or run a data engineering team, be sure to hit these sessions to learn the latest best practices and tips on leveraging the newest Snowflake innovations in your data projects.
Monday, June 3
The first sessions on Day 1 don’t really begin until the afternoon. So after you grab lunch, there are some great breakout sessions to get started with. Join our own Glen Dawson, Senior Solutions Architect at Coalesce, for Transforming Data Assets into Opportunity with Snowflake Data Vault, from 3:30–3:50 p.m.
Are you tired of just hearing about generative AI all the time, and finally ready to start building it? This year’s Summit will be a great place to do just that. Join Andrew Evans from phData for The Agile Journey to Getting AI into Production on Snowflake, from 4–4:20 pm. Andrew will instruct attendees how to deploy gen AI systems that bring real value to the business.
Opening keynote and welcome party
After the can’t-miss Snowflake Summit Opening Keynote with Snowflake CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy and Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, and the official welcome reception at the expo hall, the fun really starts to ramp up. Head over to Monarch nightclub where Coalesce, Hakkoda, Fivetran, ICF, and MessageGears are co-hosting THE hottest party at Summit from 8 p.m–11 p.m. We’ll be kicking off the week with a night of pounding beats from top DJs along with thrilling aerial performances. Connect with fellow Summit attendees over craft cocktails at Monarch’s stunning art deco bar—all just a few blocks from Moscone Center and Union Square. Register now to reserve your spot!
